Admin Building Reservation Application​

For those wishing to rent the Harris County MUD 304 Administration Building, please read and agree to the Rules and Regulations document, then proceed with the application process below.

Applicants must accurately select their ‘In District’ or ‘Out of District’ rate to avoid cancellations or further necessary payments. If you are unsure of your location status for the rate selection, then please see the district map below or contact your local Operator (Municipal Operations and Consulting) at (281) - 367 - 5511.

To cancel a reservation and receive a refund, applicants must submit their cancellation notice in person no later than seven (7) days prior to the scheduled reservation date.

Applicant's personal Identification, security deposit, and cleaning deposit must be delivered in person at the district admin building in the form of a cashier’s check or money order no later than three (3) days prior to the scheduled event date. Applicant’s security deposit and cleaning deposit must be presented in two separate forms of payment (i.e. one cashier’s check or money order for each item).  

 

If all requirements are not met and the correct residency status is not selected, then Harris Co. MUD 304 reserves the right to cancel your reservation or enforce additional payments to meet requirements.
