Please be advised that during last month’s regular scheduled meeting on Thursday, February 15, 2024, at 6:00 p.m., at 12525 Wellington Parkway, Houston, Texas 77014 (Administration Building), a designated meeting place of the district the board of directors unanimously voted to reinstate the delinquency and termination process. Our next regular schedule monthly board meeting will be held on Thursday, March 21, 2024, and we will present our first delinquency list for approval of termination of water services. We encourage everyone to review their account and make a payment on the past due amount to avoid late fees and service interruptions. Beginning March 18th, 2024, we will be sending out delinquent letters and door tags on accounts that are in arrears.
